All at Meerkat Applications send their deepest and most sincere condolences for the tragic death of Jonathan Harper (Martec) who was the inspiration, mentor and design authority on small-bore pigging systems.
The Great Highland Hike
Meerkat sponsored "The Infinities and Beyond" RBS team for their appreciated effort in completing the walk in aid for "The Jigsaw Group Staffs". Photographs from this event will appear in the Albums section.

A limited supply of "An Introduction to Pipeline Pigging" is available upon request. This 8th edition published by Scientific Surveys Ltd. covers the reasons for, design of, and typical equipment for product recovery systems.
Pigging Project Installed
Improving outdated pumping stations -
The City Road Cable Cooling project using pigging to remove debris, silt and organic build up in electricty cable cooling pipes is well under way in London. This is an ongoing project following Meerkats initial consultancy period back in June 2009 and passed to one of our partners for manufacture and installation.
Supporting Good Causes
Meerkat Applications supports the Missionary causes at Homa Bay, Kenya: some of the childrens drawings and other links can be found here. In Africa, [school] supplies are in short supply and donations are always welcome. Meerkat aims to ship all donations monthly.
